Về việc tìm chủ sở hữu tài sản chìm đắm
Cảng vụ Hàng hải Quảng Trị thông báo:
1. Tên và đặc điểm tài sản trôi dạt:
Tàu có kết cấu bằng sắt, có chiều dài khoảng 36,5m, chiều rộng khoảng 8,5m, chiều cao mạn khoảng 2,4m, phía mũi tàu có dòng chữ: “逐 草 养 054”, trên tàu có ngư lưới cụ và một cần cẩu.
2. Vị trí tài sản trôi dạt: Bờ biển xã Triệu Vân, huyện Triệu Phong, tỉnh Quảng Trị (Hiện nay, tài sản trôi dạt đã được kéo về neo buộc tại cảng cá Bến cá chợ Cửa Việt).
3. Yêu cầu chủ sở hữu tài sản trôi dạt hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp có mặt tại: Cảng vụ Hàng hải Quảng Trị, địa chỉ khu phố 6, thị trấn Cửa Việt, huyện Gio Linh, tỉnh Quảng Trị, điện thoại: 0233.3824.292, email: cangvuhanghaiquangtri@gmail.com để xử lý tài sản trôi dạt (Có bản thông báo bằng tiếng Anh gửi kèm theo thông báo này).
Trường hợp chủ sở hữu tài sản trôi dạt hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp không liên hệ với cơ quan ra thông báo thì tài sản nói trên sẽ được xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật./.

On searching the owner for the sunken property
Maritime Administration of Quang Tri announces:
1. Names and features of the drifted property:
The ship has an iron structure, with a length of about 36.5m, a width of about 8.5m, a side height of about 2.4m, the front of the ship has the words: “逐 草 养 054”, there are fishing gears and nets and a crane on the ship.
2. Location of the drifted property: The coast of Trieu Van Commune, Trieu Phong District, Quang Tri Province, Vietnam (Currently, the drifted property has been towed to anchor and moor at the fishing wharf of Cua Viet market).
3. Requesting owner of the drifted property at sea or its legal representatives to be present at Maritime Administration of Quang Tri, address: Quarter 6, Cua Viet Town, Gio Linh District, Quang Tri Province, Vietnam, phone: +84 233.3824.292, email: cangvuhanghaiquangtri@gmail.com to solve the drifted property.
In the event that the owner or its legal representatives do not contact the agency giving the notice property tense will be disposed of in accordance with the law./.
